When reporting problems please include a copy of your show file along with a description of the type of console, the software version and exactly how the problem occured. Please include as much detail as possible when describing problems - this will help us to resolve the problem quickly.

Returns and Repairs

For product returns, repairs and servicing, please contact your local distributor. For UK customers, you can contact us on +44 (0)23 8023 8666, or email support@chamsys.co.uk with full details of the problem along with the serial number of your product. 

Please note, we do not accept good back for repair or return without an RMA number. To obtain one, please contact support@chamsys.co.uk. Goods arriving at ChamSys without an RMA number may be rejected and returned to the shipper at their cost.
